Caitlin and Katie were married in the same fashion that is basically one of my favorites; in a three day affair, away from the city, secluded deep in the forest with all of their favorite people in this life. They had a weekend full of games to get everyone completely relaxed around each other, they got ready together in a cabin room with so many friends popping in and out (also a favorite!), they had their wonderful adopted dog with them the whole time, and if there was any stress at all I would have had no idea. We spent the day basking in sunshine and the evening with dancing that felt like the perfect catalyst to a life spent together in this world. Full of love, full of celebration.

I have to thank Islandwood, who was such a gracious venue to work with… and also to the groundbreaking H&H Weddings for showing so much love to Caitlin and Katie on their blog. You can see their engagement session here (remember we met in the ferry line and I photographed them on our way back to Seattle?!), and read all about the two of them and this beautiful celebration that they planned in the featured wedding post here.

Caitlin & Katie! Congratulations on finding each other!
